このポジションは関係部門のリーガルビジネスパートナーとしての役割が期待されます。リーガルビジネスパートナーは、商品開発、営業、オペレーションその他関係する部門の業務を法務面からサポートします。関係部門との間で強い信頼関係を構築することが求められます。ビジネスの促進にかかわる仕事から、紛争等の個別案件、そして予防策の策定のサポートなど様々な業務が含まれるため、プロアクティブに業務を遂行することが求められます。また、例えば、以下を通じた会社全体への貢献も求められます。

Responsibilities:

This position is expected to serve as legal business partner of line of business.     Legal business partner needs to cover either of Product Development, Sales, Operation or other relevant lines of business.  Legal business partner needs to build strong and trustful relationship with assigned line of business and/or functional areas and engage in preventive legal work as well as individual trouble shooting.
