The Team You Will Join 

We are seeking a skilled System Engineer to join our IT infrastructure team.

The Opportunity  

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in virtualization, Windows & Linux server administration, and scripting/automation solutions. 

This role requires a proactive individual who can manage a robust and scalable IT environment, ensuring high availability and security across all systems.

How You’ll Help Us Build a Confident Future (Key Responsibilities) 

•         Deploy and maintain virtualization infrastructure technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, or others.

•         Manage Windows & Linux (RHEL) Server environments, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

•         Implement and manage automation tools and policies. 

•         Monitor system performance, perform regular updates, and implement security patches to maintain system integrity.

•         Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and services.

•         Troubleshoot and resolve system, hardware, and software issues in a timely manner. 

•         Document system configurations, procedures, and updates to ensure consistency and compliance with IT policies.

What You Need to Succeed (Required Qualifications)  

•         Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

•         Proven experience in virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, or similar).

•         Expertise in Windows & Linux Server administration.

•         Expertise in scripting and automation for systems administration. 

•         Experience with monitoring tools and system performance analysis.

•         Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

•         Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. 

What Can Give You an Edge (Additional Skills) 

·         Certifications in related technologies (e.g., VMware, Microsoft, RedHat) 

·         Experience with automation tools like Ansible, Chef, etc.

·         Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) is a plus.

·         Experience with Azure DevOps concepts is a plus.

·         Experience with monitoring tools like Elastic, Solarwinds products, etc.
