About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Strategy & Planning Consultant to support the End User Technology organization. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong skills in data analysis, process planning, and documentation, as well as proficiency in creating insightful dashboards using PowerBI. In addition to strategic responsibilities, this role will support key operational and business administration functions, including participating in audit reviews and ensuring accurate, timely responses, managing self-identified risks and overseeing the closure of all risk findings, tracking internal operational metrics and reporting on technology adoption, automation goals, and business planning efforts. This position requires a proactive mindset, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to drive process improvements across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with strategic plans to support organizational goals.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
- Create and maintain process documentation to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Design and develop dashboards and reports using PowerBI to provide actionable insights.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Support business administration and key operational aspects.
- Participate in business planning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or communication with a focus in driving technology adoptions.
- Proven experience in strategic planning, data analysis, and process documentation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in PowerBI and other data analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Self-directed and highly motivated.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong project management and coordination skills.
