We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join the Data & Analytics Regional team of our Center of Excellence in Buenos Aires.

What you will do in this role…

• Work in an agile environment as part of a diverse and passionate team.
• Participate in global projects, shaping innovation and advancing your career.
• Develop, document, and implement CI/CD strategies using the Azure cloud stack.
• Lead the onboarding of enterprise applications into Azure DevOps.
• Align to customer requirements, KPIs, and both functional and non-functional goals.
• Drive and implement DevOps enterprise strategies, applying best practices for development, testing, infrastructure, and operations.
• Build and maintain automated guardrails to ensure secure and high-quality deliveries.
• Serve as a mentor within the Regional DevOps Center of Excellence (CoE), fostering culture and capability adoption across Latin America.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, problems, and service requests.
• Measure process improvements and automation efforts via KPIs and metrics.
• Identify and adopt emerging DevOps capabilities, integrating new tools and practices across the organization.

To help you succeed, you need to have… 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven professional experience in DevOps or related roles.
• 5+ years of experience in API development and scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• 3+ years with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Ansible, Jenkins, Chef, Puppet).
• Proficiency in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Experience deploying to cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
• Hands-on experience with IaC tools (e.g., Terraform) and Git-based repositories (Azure Repos or GitHub).
• Proficiency in monitoring and logging tools (Azure Monitor, Grafana, Prometheus).
• Familiarity with security tools (SonarQube, Veracode).
• Knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL database technologies (Oracle, MS SQL Server, MongoDB).
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Agile expertise (SAFe preferred).

And it will be a plus if you…

• Experience configuring testing tools (Azure Test Plans) and CI/CD gating (Junit, Atlassian Stack).
• Familiarity with continuous monitoring tools (AppDynamics, Splunk, Dynatrace, Nagios).
• Knowledge of modern AppSec practices and cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud.
• Strong coding skills in Java, .NET, REST APIs, JSON, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and XML.
