Description and Requirements
Job Responsibilities:-
1. Ensure that the assigned targets are met in accordance with SLAs and Internal standards
2. Ensure to maintain the accuracy and turnaround time or as per defined metric targets & Standards
3. Share Report out or work progress with the required stakeholders
4. Take the project (SOP) from its original concept through final implementation
5. Ensuring completion of tasks agreed on daily or weekly or monthly basis
6. Responsible for creating engaging and interactive eLearning content for process modules
7. Collaborates with process SMEs/Specialists to develop course content
8. Support Content Management, Training team and SME (Subject Matter Expert) in coordination of the project
9. Interact with Business Partners (call/email) as required to discuss any findings/observations or for further Instructions or suggestions
10. Should be able to create the storyboard & content outline
11. Analyzes, updates, and refines existing online content
12. Maintain project documentation and course folders
13. Support the deployment of learning programs including uploading and updating courseware and curricular, training assignments, learner notification text and rules in LMS.
Experience :-
· 2-4 years’ experience in e-learning development & instructional designing
Knowledge and skills:-
- Knowledge about US Insurance industry
- Utilize tools like [Articulate Storyline 360] to build eLearning courses
- Knowledge of instructional theory, including assessment
- Work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
- Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS)
- The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and have experience in using Microsoft Word and Excel & PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work independently
- Ability to work with others internally and develop/maintain strong working relationships
- Has a good team spirit and positive attitude.
- They should be able to work independently and in a team atmosphere. They should also have basic knowledge of supported business functions, processes/procedures, systems, etc.
