Position Summary

 

  • Responsible to sort, compare, validate & compile reports for Stateside and prepare the performance dashboard/reports. 
  • Meets quality and customer service expectation levels set by the organization guidelines.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Prepare weekly/monthly inventory report for management view.
  • Prepare the commission report using SQL query and share it with broker/Agency.
  • Review discrepancies in reports and make corrections. 
  • Consolidate and publish the inventory and performance dashboard as needed.
  • Ability to follow-up on issue resolution with appropriate parties
  • Implement corrective actions in case of any observation/feedback received.
  • Follow up with required stakeholders for additional/missing information for successful closure of tasks.
  • Adhere to agreed timelines and SLA’s.

Education, Technical Skills & Other Critical Requirement

 

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree (Any Stream) or diploma with a minimum of 15 years of education.

 

Experience 

(In Years)

  • Professional with 2-4 years of work experience in BPO/Insurance industry (policy admin/ comp admin) preferably under Insurance & Reporting 

 

Technical Skills

  • Good Knowledge of SQL and MIS Reporting 
  • Proficient in MS Office – Power Point & MS Excel (advance level, not macros)
  • Preferred to have experience on dashboard creation & reporting.
  • Good analytical skills with an ability to research & take decision to resolve problems in processing.
  • Good computer navigation skills
  • Basic knowledge of Power BI (Preferred)

  • Good communication skills, both written & Verbal
