Join Our Team as a Manager Learning Partner!


We are seeking a dynamic Manager Learning Partner to join our HR team. In this dual-role, you will address the Learning needs of our Center of Excellence in Argentina and work regionally to develop and execute Learning and Development Strategies for key businesses across LATAM countries.


What You'll Do in This Role...

    • Annual Learning Strategy and Planning for Argentina and Uruguay: define learning strategy and annual Learning plans in alignment with regional and global strategy.
    • Strategic Consulting: Build strong relationships with regional business stakeholders to understand and address business learning needs and with local Learning Partners to provide valuable support for commercial teams training, ensuring interventions are relevant and aligned with goals.
    • Needs Analysis: Conduct comprehensive learning needs analyses to understand upskilling and reskilling needs.
    • Collaboration: Work with CoE business stakeholders, HRBPs, Talent and third party partners to create and deliver tailored solutions and provide business-specific insights.
    • Impact Reporting: Report periodic learning progress against goals.


Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the L&D delivery cycle, collaborating with business, regional teams, HRBPs, talent and third-party vendors.

- Manage local L&D finances and budgets with the regional team.

- Design program frameworks, including scoping, delivery models, and engagement expectations.

- Consult on learning strategies to enhance impact, based on business trends and metrics.

- Organize and participate in learning councils, ensuring alignment with learning plans.

- Facilitate specialized trainings as required and maintain advanced consulting skills.

- Leverage best practices across L&D to increase effectiveness and impact.


To Help You Succeed, You Should Have...

- A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (preferred).

- Proven experience in Learning & Development, preferably in regional or multi-country projects.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.

- A flexible and adaptable profile, with strong attention to detail and good planning, organization, and prioritization skills.

- Strong monitoring and reporting skills.

- Fluent proficiency in both English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus!).
