How You’ll Help Us Build a Confident Future (Key Responsibilities)

  • SDETs combine programming skills with testing expertise to ensure software quality
  • Must understand both developer and tester perspectives to create effective test strategies
  • Responsible for maintaining test infrastructure and continuous integration pipelines
  • Design, develop and maintain automated test frameworks and testing tools
  • Create and execute automated test scripts for web, mobile, accessibility, performance and API testing
  • SQL and database testing experience
  • Participate in code reviews and implement best practices for test automation
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC
  • Drive continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) testing efforts
  • Establish and oversee secure software development and deployment practices using DevSecOps principles.
  • Implement tools and processes for continuous monitoring, testing, and remediation of vulnerabilities.

What You Need to Succeed (Required Qualifications)

  • 8+ years of experience in software development, testing and DevSecOps.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
  • Technical expertise in languages, frameworks, and tools used in modern software development and testing.
  • Experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, pytest)
  • Experience in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab)
  • Proficiency in API testing and tools like Postman, REST Assured
  • Experience in Test Driven and Behavior driven development.  
  • Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, K6)
  • Knowledge in Cloud (Azure) and DevSecOps domains.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies
