Description and Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Financial Consultant for the Financial Enablement Team responsible for portfolio management within US Technology supporting US Business of ~ $305M.  

 

The ideal candidate will provide Financial support and Portfolio management for Group Core Financials of ~$95M within the US Technology portfolio.   The portfolio is operating in Agile Delivery Model, so tracking 

 

How You’ll Help Us Build a Confident Future (Key Responsibilities)

 

  • Serves as the primary financial, accounting, and metric development resource for the USAD Portfolio. 
  • Analysis of monthly Vendor & Resource costs and reconciliation across ARTs/Release Trains.
  • Work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure all financial and operational inputs are appropriately accounted for and provide budgets/forecasts confidently and accurately within established guidelines.
  • Ensure timely invoice approvals are processed and are within the Purchase Order agreement payment schedules before approval.
  • Assist AD partners in establishing work order requisitions through Ariba Support and getting all approvals needed so that timely Purchase orders can be established. 
  • Assists in Annual Planning, analysis of year-over-year ARTs/ Release train trends, and variance explanations.
  • Provide portfolio analysis, ensure data accuracy in reporting, and disseminate information to IT PMs and senior leadership. 
  • Review current processes, develop gap assessments, and design/implement process improvements. Act as a change agent to increase operational effectiveness across the portfolio.
  • Respond to ad hoc queries efficiently, thoroughly, and timely.

 What Can Give You an Edge (Additional Skills)

  • Experience working in Financial Services, Insurance, and/or Banking experience is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline; Master’s, MBA. 
  • Experience with Agile methodology/SAFe certification(s)
