How You’ll Help Us Build a Confident Future (Key Responsibilities)
- Analyze compliance of operational activities and transactions with legislation, and report findings.
- Recommend improvements to control systems for operational processes, enhancing audit effectiveness.
- Conduct regular checks, prepare inspection reports, and share results with relevant departments.
- Identify risk areas and deficiencies, integrating control points into the system.
- Monitor operational risk management activities, reporting outcomes to global teams.
- Address inquiries from global teams, participate in meetings, and provide process explanations.
- Oversee Operational Governance processes and take necessary actions.
- Generate critical indicator reports for senior management and support business development with operations.
- Create accessible dashboards for operational units in collaboration with IT teams.
- Stay updated on relevant legislation and improve audit effectiveness through necessary arrangements.
What You Need to Succeed (Required Qualifications)
- Graduated from Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, etc. departments of universities,
- At least 5 years of experience in the finance sector, preferably in insurance,
- Good command of MS Office programs (Excel and Power Point), experienced in preparing and presenting creative presentations, reports and dashboards,
- Prone to teamwork, high communication and empathy skills
- Well-developed coordination, time management and follow-up skills
- Good command of English
