The Opportunity 

The Group Life & Group Medical Pricing Senior Specialist is responsible for making risk analysis of the GLD, GCHI proposals depending on the existing parameters and pricing models, to evaluate them and to quote them in accordance with the competitive market conditions.

How You’ll Help Us Build a Confident Future (Key Responsibilities)

• To get in contact with Regional Office and Home Office in cases which exceed the amount of premium amount to request evaluation and approval,
• To follow up the sales process, processes with global UW and to prepare the offers on its authorit
•  Collecting background information and assessments of risk
• To perform studies on pricing models, to carry out studies in coordination with the Actuary in the Regional Office and Local Office.
• To perform development on product, to carry out studies in coordination with the Actuary in the Regional Office and Local Office.
• Writing quotes and negotiating the terms with EB sales team and Manager.
• Preparing insurance policy terms and conditions
• Reporting to Emea of groups that fall into the NSRG risk group signed locally.
•  Risk management in accordance with the rules determined by the company,
•  Risk monitoring and management with operational and other units,
• To follow up the offers and policies regularly.
• To follow up the bid profitability regularly.
•  Preparing the reports requested by the management

What You Need to Succeed (Required Qualifications)

• Having good knowledge of Group life and Group Personal Accident and Group Complemenary health insurance, reinsurance and claims,
•  Having experience in risk assessment,
•  Advanced Microsoft Office Excel
• Academy software experience
• Project management
• Advanced level English
• Technical knowledge and experience in product development and pricing of life insurance and complementary health products
• Good understanding of financials (portfolio analysis, P&L, valuations, reinsurance reports)
• Having the power of analytical skills,
• Good math and statistics skills
• Attention to details and time management skills
•  Good verbal and written communication skills,
