Description and Requirements
? Motivate, direct, train, and develop sales workforces; he/she will assist in providing
necessary trainings in agents' key performance areas such as: onboarding,
Insurance principals, sales cycle skills, MetLife products, goal setting, activity
planning and support in practicing all needed activities in the field. Supervising and
developing skills, etc.…
? A major portion of his/her time should be spent strengthening and upgrading Rookie
individual’s performance: he/she should visit respective units on a regular basis and
as frequently as required to ensure that all Rookies performance meets
expectations and to determine any additional training and/or development needs.
? Prepare, create and carry-on interactive trainings & developments activities such as
the (End to End Simulation) and recommend ongoing improvement plans on
business needs bases.
? Ensure that appropriate measurement activities are developed and executed by the
trainees and the Rookie agents in order to evaluate the effectiveness of all training
sessions & workshops (pre, post and during conducting trainings).
Carrying out any linked new assignments, projects and initiatives of business development.
? Field Coaches are responsible for “PREPARATION” of new salespeople skills,
knowledge and performance developments. “PREPARATION” means; knowledge
based oriented sessions and presentations, classroom trainings, interactive
workshops and any other learning aimed pathways. As well as experiential, roleplays,
field support and other simulation techniques.
? “CORRECTION” is an area of co-operation between Field Coaches and People
Managers. “CORRECTION” means; highlighting any challenges in salespeople daily
activities and recommending any remedial actions for improving e?science.
? Field Coaches must be “OBSERVING” the reality as for better understanding of
performance development needs and advising of managers.
? Usually, “ADVISES” consist of expanding knowledge, providing additional skill/s
trainings, provisions or increasing of activities.
Qualifications:
* Strong Communication Skills
* B.A degree in Business or any related field
* Solid learning and development experience
* Insurance experience is a plus
