The Team You Will Join 

 

The Employee Benefits Product Marketing Manager role is new in the UK Marketing team and is intended to be a focused resource to support the business with the development and delivery of new products and major transformation for the business.


The Opportunity 

 

The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of marketing strategies and plans to support the sales, growth, and retention objectives of the business. This includes working collaboratively with various departments and external agencies to create and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing programs.

The Product Marketing Manager will be a key member of an Agile project team (part of the product-aligned team) and will be the marketing lead. This Product Marketing Manager role is a highly collaborative one, working closely with subject matter experts and other functions in order to bring products and propositions to market.


How You’ll Help Us Build a Confident Future (Key Responsibilities)

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans for new and existing products.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create marketing materials and campaigns that drive lead generation and nurture customer relationships.
  • Manage the production of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to achieve business goals, reporting back to stakeholders.
  • Act as the marketing subject matter expert (SME) for the Employee Benefits, providing insights and recommendations to the business.
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.


What You Need to Succeed (Required Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, or an advanced degree in business or marketing
  • Relevant yrs. B2B marketing experience, with knowledge of campaign management, advertising and integrated marketing communications, including strategy, creative, production and media
  • Experience of working within Agile teams and platforms such as JIRA & TargetProcess
  • Experience of new product development and/or product launches
  • Ability to bring creativity and innovative thinking to marketing execution
  • Experience of end to end digital product builds/ understanding of digital servicing
  • Must be able to take a ‘hands on’ approach - plan and do
  • Knowledge and experience of working within a fast-moving product development environment
  • Willing to work from the office at least 2 days per week (more if required)
  • Self-starter with ability to make/contribute to recommendations, prioritize, manage and track multiple projects
  • Team player, who is able to work independently to keep projects moving
  • Ability to interface effectively with people and build strong relationships
  • Comfortable working with, and presenting to, senior level staff
  • Ability to apply creative problem-solving skills
  • Entrepreneurial, can-do spirit and ability to work and thrive in an evolving and fast paced results-driven environment
  • Strong oral and written communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
