The Opportunity
The Corporate Solutions, Broker Channel Management Deputy Manager is responsible for realizing the targeted new premium production (ANP)target for the broker, agency and direct business and designing new projects for expand the channels as well
How You’ll Help Us Build a Confident Future (Key Responsibilities)
- Channel production targets with the current customer portfolio continuity and new customer acquisition
- Preparation of bids related to brokers for group life and group complementary health insurance
- To ensure that group proposals are prepared and sent on time by taking the correct and full data from the brokers and at the same time evaluating the risks.
- Managing the relationship with the brokers
- To participate in tenders including group life and group medical programs related to multinational companies and corporate groups.
- To analyze market and competition
- Visiting regularly brokers
- Expanding the broker channel with new broker agreements.
- Contacting to Maxis team on new jobs and renovations for global customers. To have regular evaluation meetings with Maxis.
- Ensuring the regulation of cross -sales and sales activities
- Designing partner projects for broker channel
- Managing the sales team and ensuring that the team's objectives are distributed and understood at the same level and direction.
- Reporting to senior management on a weekly, monthly and annual basis

- Corporate Customer Management Experience
