Position Summary




Perform the accounting and reconciliation processes and ensure functioning of the accrual, invoicing and reconciliation processes as per accounting principles.




Job Responsibilities



  • Perform the reporting activities as per the agreed SLAs (Accuracy and Timeliness).
  • Strong knowledge of Accounting principles.  
  • Knowledge of MS Office - Excel, PowerPoint, Word (*proficiency preferred). 
  • Good Written & Communication Skills 
  • Excellent process knowledge 
  • Good Analytical Skills
  • Self-initiated and zeal for continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work in multiple shift timings/Indian Holiday working as per business requirement.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities




  • Graduates or Post Graduates in Commerce with strong accounting background required.



  • Experience: Minimum 2 + years’ experience in relevant work field is required.
  • Fresher college graduates can be considered


Knowledge and skills (general and technical)

  • Good knowledge of complete MS Office suite
  • Ability to multi task and possess analytical skills
  • Good computer navigation skills
  • Knowledge about the Insurance industry in US
  • Knowledge of Accounting principles
  • Proficiency in English
  • Communication skills – should be able to read, interpret business documents. Excellent oral/written communication
  • Analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Escalate issues if required
  • Data gathering ability/ Eye for detail
  • Team work/ Managing Self / Adaptability
  • Ability to work successfully in production driven environment
