The Talent Acquisition - Assistant Manager is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company’s current and future hiring needs. This role focuses on creating a positive candidate experience, maintaining relationships with hiring managers, and implementing effective recruitment strategies.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
* Develop and implement sourcing strategies, including job postings, referrals, and social media outreach.
* Screen and shortlist candidates, conduct interviews, and manage the recruitment process.
* Maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
* Coordinate with onboarding teams to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* 9+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
* Proficiency with ATS and recruitment tools.
* Strong communication and organizational skills
