職務概要(Role Summary
本ポジションは、日本テクノロジー戦略・企画(Strategy & Planning)チームの中核メンバーとして、戦略およびオペレーションに関する各種イニシアティブの企画・推進・ガバナンスを担います。

テクノロジー部門全体におけるハブとして機能し、経営層の優先事項を具体的な実行計画へと落とし込み、適切なコミュニケーションを通じて展開するとともに、体系化されたガバナンス、レポーティング、部門横断の連携を通じて確実な実行を推進します。


主な職務内容(Key Responsibilities

1.   戦略策定・企画(Strategy Development & Planning
IT戦略の策定および継続的な高度化を支援し、経営方針および市場動向との整合性を確保
・経営層のビジョンを、明確かつ実行可能な計画および目標へと具体化

2.   ガバナンス・パフォーマンス管理・運営プロセス(Governance, Performance & Management Routines
・テクノロジー部門横断の調整を通じて、業績指標(KPI)の管理、経営層向けレポーティング、各種ガバナンス運営を推進
・戦略的施策と緊急対応のバランスを取りながら、安定した実行を確保

3.   コミュニケーション・変革推進・従業員エンゲージメント(Communication, Change & Employee Engagement
・日本およびグローバルの関係者との連携を図りながら、テクノロジー部門全体のコミュニケーション、変革施策、EVP(従業員価値提案)推進を支援
・従業員エンゲージメントの向上、人材獲得およびオンボーディングの強化を通じて、組織の一体感と定着率向上を推進

4.   組織設計・エグゼクティブ支援(Organizational Design & Executive Support
・組織設計およびリーダーシップ体制、オペレーティングモデルに関する設計・発信を支援
・タウンホール、オフサイトミーティング、各種マネジメント会議などのエグゼクティブ関連施策の企画・調整を担当

5.   ステークホルダーマネジメント・連携推進(Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
・組織内のあらゆるレベルにおいて強固な関係を構築し、影響力を発揮して成果創出を推進
・部門横断チームと連携し、課題解決および整合の取れた実行を推進

 

Role Summary

This role is a key member of the Japan Technology Strategy & Planning team, supporting the development, execution, and governance of strategic and operational initiatives.

Acting as a central coordination point across Technology, the role ensures leadership priorities are translated into actionable plans, effectively communicated, and delivered through structured governance, reporting, and cross-functional alignment.

Key Responsibilities

1.       Strategy Development & Planning

·         Support the development and continuous refinement of IT strategy, ensuring alignment with leadership priorities and market trends

·         Translate executive vision into clear, actionable plans and objectives

2.       Governance, Performance & Management Routines

·         Drive operating metrics, senior management reporting, and governance routines through cross-Technology coordination

·         Balance strategic initiatives with urgent priorities to ensure consistent execution

3.       Communication, Change & Employee Engagement

·         Support Technology-wide communication, change, and EVP initiatives across Japan and global stakeholders

·         Drive employee engagement, talent attraction, and onboarding to strengthen alignment and retention

4.       Organizational Design & Executive Support

·         Support organizational design and communication of leadership structures and operating models

·         Coordinate executive activities, including Town Halls, leadership offsites, and management routines

5.       Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

·         Build strong relationships and influence outcomes across all levels of the organization

·         Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure aligned execution
