Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions toobserve, document, andvalidatebusiness processes, capturing key insights throughout.
- Perform gap analysis and recommend suitable solutions, including commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) and Software as aService (SaaS) options.
- Elicit, analyze, and document functional requirements and business rules.
- Participate in backlog prioritization and grooming activities.
- Create user stories and wireframes to conceptualize future user experiences, new or enhanced services, and business cases for products or features, including defining acceptance criteria.
- Provide functional and configuration support for specific COTS/SaaS products.
- Engage in all aspects of implementations, testing, integration, and issue resolution related to COTS/SaaS solutions.
- Develop technical user manuals, system configuration documents, and other technical reports as needed.
- Lead operational and production support efforts, including troubleshooting issues and performing root cause analysis within business workflows and processes for a variety of production and application issues.
- Monitor performance,identifyunderlying problems, research potential solutions, and propose necessary actions to improve business workflows and processes.
