The Opportunity 

The Superannuation Performance Analyst will work within client partnerships to support cross-functional deliveries for superannuation partnerships. You will have the support of the Client Partnerships and broader MetLife departments to help deliver a variety of internal initiatives within insurance inside superannuation.

How You’ll Help Us Build a Confident Future (Key Responsibilities)

• Lead:  take ownership of client insight reporting, ensuring MetLife are able to deliver clear insights into the performance, service levels, and key metrics.
• Create: Develop engaging and insightful reporting, with the support of MetLife’s data and analytics team, that highlights trends, performance and opportunities for improvement
• Oversee: support the execution of client partnerships team key commitments in reporting, compliance and digital initiatives
• Manage: Work closely with stakeholder across different functions to help align business insights with client expectations
• Develop: strong relationships within MetLife and learn from cross-functional business units on the holistic deliveries required to support superannuation relationships 
• Coordinate: Work closely with the client partnerships team to align on key priorities to ensure smooth testing and delivery of initiatives

What You Need to Succeed (Required Qualifications)

• A degree or working towards a degree in business, financial services, data & reporting, insurance or superannuation related field
• A team-first attitude – you thrive in a supportive environment and contribute to a positive team culture

• Experience in a business environment within financial services
• Skills in developing reporting insights using tools like Excel, Tableau, Snowflake, PowerBI
