| Production Support Analyst plays a critical role in the Data & Analytics life cycle. The role requires one to demonstrate expertise in monitoring, incident management, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis to ensure performance of data pipelines in production. It is an individual contributor role, expected to support wide ranging data applications. | • Monitor production data pipelines, ETL jobs, and analytics platforms to ensure availibility, reliability and stability. • Log incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and resolution of production issues. • Track and report SLAs, uptime, and performance metrics for production systems. • Maintain knowledge base and runbooks • Collaborate with multiple partners from Business, Technology, Operations and D&A capabilities (Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Modeling, Data Architecture, Data science, DevOps, BI & insights) • Mentorship experience • Independently lead solutioning & estimations | Bachelors degree in any science discipline or equivalent educational qualification | 8-10+ years of relevant experience | • SQL •Postman, Linux , Maestro, IBM data Studio • Familiarity with ETL/ELT and data pipeline platforms • Knowledge of incident management and ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Azdo) • Communication and structured problem-solving skills. • Partner & Stakeholder engagement experience • Mentorship experience | Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure) and production monitoring in cloud environments |
