Job Scope
The incumbent will be responsible for the Bancassurance sales of MetLife Bangladesh. This role is primarily responsible for maintaining close liaison with the internal operations and business teams to achieve the sales target through the bancassurance channel. The incumbent will work with bank partners in driving Bancassurance sales, monitoring and providing support to the strategic partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement strategic business plan to expand the Bancassurance business
- Develop sales plan and targeted marketing campaigns for Bancassurance business
- Drive and motivate sales force to proactively and continuously develop themselves to meet the changing need of business and adaption of Bancassurance sales technique
- Meet and strive to exceed new sales business plan
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while fully aware of new products and competition status
- Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with the Bank partners to ensure customer satisfaction and new potential sales
- Deliver business metrics, monthly forecasts, weekly commits and pipeline development reports
Academic Qualification
- Graduate/Masters in any discipline preferably with an MBA from any reputed university
Relevant Past experience
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in relevant field
- 2-3 years of experience in a leadership role
