The Team You Will Join

You will be part of the Operations Quality Assurance & Reporting Team, focused on delivering accurate, actionable reports and ensuring data integrity across operational and financial processes. This is an exciting opportunity to work with complex datasets, uncover the why behind the numbers and contribute to initiatives that improve reporting process and data quality.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain operational and financial reports using advanced Excel functions (including Power Query, PivotTables, and complex formulas) to support business decision-making and compliance.
  • Perform regular file and finance reconciliation.
  • Match and verify data between internal systems, financial statements, and external sources.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies, ensuring all records are accurate and complete.
  • Extract, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Ensure data integrity and quality by implementing robust controls and validation checks throughout the reporting and reconciliation processes.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Actuarial, and Operations teams to understand reporting needs, resolve reconciliation issues, and support audits or regulatory reviews.
  • Document and continuously improve reporting and reconciliation procedures, proposing automation or enhancements using Excel, Python, or Power BI.
  • Prepare clear, concise summaries and presentations for non-technical stakeholders, explaining findings and recommendations from reconciliation and reporting activities.
  • Support compliance with regulatory requirements by maintaining accurate records and timely reporting.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving data quality, reporting efficiency, and reconciliation accuracy.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, PivotTables, formulas, data validation).
  • Experience with file and reconciliation processes.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to resolve discrepancies.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Python, Power BI, and automation tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills for explaining complex data and reconciliation results.
  • Curiosity and proactive mindset to explore new technologies and tools.
