직무 설명 및 자격 요건

  • The RSM responsible for driving sales performance and results through the bank partner’s branch sales teams in Region.  
  • Responsive sales support, training and sales strategy with region and management SM team through coaching, training and mentoring.  
  • This role also requires the individual to provide coaching, training, supervision and mentoring to SM team.  
  • It will require the development of a detailed understanding of the bank’s branch leaders (including Branch directors, Deputy Branch directors/Manager of Retail/Corporate department).
  • Assist for BSD to build sales strategy & organization in long term. This role requires the incumbent to develop a close working relationship with Bancassurance team of Bank partner. 
  • Ensure that all operations and activities undertaken comply with legal & regulatory requirements and BIDV-MetLife’s direction.
  1. Implement the  Sales model

 

  • Plan & implement to roll out the Sales mode for new branches
  • Plan & implement SM/AM & ICM recruitment 
  • Sales plan for LBS team (# of LBS – Activation …) 
  • Persuade   branch’s leaders with throughout the branch network to implement sales target 
  • Create a culture of collaboration and cooperation between SM/AM & branch’s leaders /ICMs, LBS as region’s characteristics

 

  1. Drive sales performance & result.

 

  • Plan to meet the stated objectives and related KPIs for region.
  • Drive sales productivity through direct management of business, activity and performance measures of SM/AM & ICM/LBS force. 
  • Identifying training needs and coaching opportunities & effectively co-operate with Training department. 
  • Seek out new opportunities to win business that can significantly increase sales and improve profitability through branch insurance days, customer seminars and lead generation activities
  • Ensure a profitable mix of business is achieved with good persistency levels by establishing a culture of consultative selling to the bank’s customer base
  • Conduct weekly/monthly sales team meetings and present current status of sales plan to management

 

  1. Relationship Management

 

  • Develop collaborative relationships with BD/Deputy BDs/RMMs to facilitate increased business opportunities for both parties and help the branches to build sales capabilities that bind the organizations together in the pursuit of common business goals 
  • Ensure the requirements of the bank partner and the insurance company are fully understood to develop and implement appropriate action plans including but not limited to new product ideas, sales training, marketing programs, sales campaigns, sales conferences and product launch campaigns 
  • Add value as a strategic partner of the bank and bring ideas/solutions as well as efficient sales processes to their insurance business
  • Cultivate a close working relationship with the Bank’s frontline staff.

 

  1. Assist with the management/performance measurements of individual sales (ICM/LBS) and branch.

 

  • Provide regular performance feedback to sales management of individual and branch performance
  • Generate and present ideas for improving productivity and performance of the branch sales network

 

  1. Leadership and Team development

 

    • Provide supervision, coaching and mentoring to AM/SM team
    • Identify training and coaching opportunities, develop a training and coaching plan with BSD

 

  1. Ensure that all operations and activities undertaken comply with legal & regulatory requirements and BIDV-MetLife’s direction.
