Training Executive,Officer 

Job Description


The role is responsible for delivering training and development initiatives to optimize sales performance within the agency channel.


Main Responsibilities

  • Regularly consult with stakeholders to identify training needs and design, develop & implement comprehensive training programs.
  • Deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and seminars using a variety of instructional methods suited to different learning modes.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, track participant progress, and evaluate training effectiveness; recommend and implement improvements as required.
  • Enter and update training data in designated tracking systems and databases. 
  • Prepare and present training metrics and reports as agreed with stakeholders. 
  • Coordinate training logistics, including schedules, venues, and learning materials.
  • Provide regular feedback to stakeholders to support continuous improvement in training effectiveness.
  • Support projects and system improvement initiatives as required by the business.


Job Specification      

  • At least two years of relevant work experience along with experience in training & development programs is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office applications.
  • Strong learning agility and confidence in delivering training sessions.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel/relocate as per business requirements.

 

Reports To: Agency Director.

Compensation: As per company rule.

Educational Description: Master’s degree or equivalent qualification.
