직무 설명 및 자격 요건

【募集背景】

当社のコーポレートセクレタリー機能およびリーガルオペレーション領域、特に、当社の取締役会をはじめとする会議体の事務局運営およびLegal Operationsチームが担うCenter of Excellence機能の拡充により高度な事務・業務管理を安定的に実施することによりガバナンス品質と事業継続性を確保することを目的として人材を募集します。


【職務内容】

a) コーポレートセクレタリー業務支援

  • 取締役会／監査委員会／リスク・コントロール委員会／グロース＆バリュー委員会の事務局運営業務
     （アジェンダ設定、招集、資料回収・レビュー、議事録作成支援、フォローアップなど）
  • 役員・委員会関連のスケジューリング／コミュニケーション
  • クラウドサービスを用いたデータ保存、権限管理
  • 代表印押印業務

b) リーガルオペレーション＋COE 

  • 法務プロセス改善、効率化・コスト削減推進
  • 規制遵守、法定提出・監査対応
  • 法律事務所・ベンダー管理（契約交渉、パフォーマンス管理）
  • LegalTech の導入・運用管理、データセキュリティ
  • 文書管理、ナレッジシェア促進、トレーニング支援


【必須要件】

日本語（ネイティブスピーカー）・英語の（ビジネスレベルの読み書き・会話）

マルチタスク・タイムマネジメント能力

国内または海外の大学学部卒以上


【尚可要件】

事務局運営／コーポレート機能／法務周辺領域いずれかの経験

外資系企業での勤務経験

サプライヤーとの契約交渉

ITリテラシー（Microsoft Office、SharePoint、Copilot等）
