【ポジションを募集する背景】

現在、満期保険金や年金等の支払手続きに関する事務手続きは長崎サイトでしか実施しておりませんが、BCPの観点から新たに神戸サイトを立ち上げ、神戸サイトでも実施できるよう体制構築を行います。

手続きについては、大半を外部ベンダーに委託予定ではありますが、お客さまから返送された書類の開封、受付、スキャン、支払手続き等の一連の事務手続きを掌握していただきます。また、組織の運営管理や事務プロセスの企画改善等にも携わっていただきます。

これらを通じて、中長期的に神戸サイトの満期年金業務のリーダーまたはスペシャリストを目指していただきます。

新たに体制を構築する中で、様々なチャレンジや変化が発生すると思いますが、柔軟に考え、前向きに取り組むことができる方を募集いたします。


【職務内容】

1. 満期保険金・年金等に関する事務・データ入力、支払関連業務

2. 満期保険金・年金等支払体制の構築、運営管理、企画改善

3. 社内関連部門との連携業務 など
