【職務内容 】

  • ITベンダーリレーションシップ・マネージャーを募集しています。
  • 当社IT部門では、アプリケーション開発、インフラ運用、デジタル施策、規制対応など、多様な領域において外部ベンダーと協業しています。
  • これらのベンダーとの関係を最適化し、契約・コスト・品質・デリバリーの観点から安定かつ効果的なITサービス提供を実現することが重要なミッションとなっています。
  • 本ポジションは、Technology Services Group におけるベンダーリレーションシップ管理機能の中核として、関係構築、パフォーマンス管理、ガバナンス強化を担います。

 

【Job Description】

  • The Technology Services Group is seeking an IT Vendor Relationship Manager to strengthen vendor governance and partnership management. 
  • Our IT function works closely with multiple external vendors across a wide range of areas, including application development, infrastructure operations, digital initiatives, and regulatory or compliance-related programs. 
  • As dependency on external partners continues to grow, effective vendor relationship management has become a critical capability to ensure stable service delivery, cost efficiency, quality control, and risk mitigation.
  • This role serves as a key member of the Vendor Management function within the Technology Services Group and is responsible for managing end-to-end vendor relationships, including performance management, contract and cost governance, and continuous improvement initiatives. 
  • The position works closely with IT leadership, internal stakeholders, and regional/global teams to ensure vendor activities are aligned with business objectives, IT strategy, and enterprise governance standards. 


【Responsibilities】

  • ITベンダーとのリレーションシップ管理およびパートナーシップ強化
  • ベンダーのパフォーマンス管理(KPI設定、評価、改善対応)
  • 契約・SOW・コスト管理に関するIT・購買・法務との連携
  • ベンダー活用に関する課題の抽出、改善策の立案・実行
  • ITマネジメント向けの各種レポート作成・報告
  • Region/Global チームからのベンダー関連依頼・レポート対応
  • 新規ベンダー選定やオンボーディングのサポート

  • Manage end-to-end vendor relationships and act as a primary point of contact.
  • Monitor and evaluate vendor performance through defined KPIs and governance processes.
  • Coordinate with Procurement, Legal and IT stakeholders on contracts, SOWs, and cost management.
  • Identify vendor-related risks and issues, and drive resolution and continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and deliver reports for IT management and senior stakeholders.
  • Support regional and global vendor management activities and request
  • Support vendor selection, onboarding, and transition activities.


Requirements】

  • 10年以上のIT経験(ベンダーマネジメント、ITサービス管理、プロジェクト管理等)
  • 複数ステークホルダーと連携し、関係調整・課題解決を推進できる能力
  • 契約・コスト・品質・リスク観点でのベンダーコントロール経験
  • ITマネジメント向けレポーティング・説明能力
  • 論理的思考力とコミュニケーション力
  • 日本語:上級、英語:ビジネスレベル
     
     
  • 10+ years of IT experience, including vendor management, IT service management, or project delivery.
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing vendor contracts, cost, service quality, and risk.
  • Experience in preparing reports and presentations for IT management.
  • Logical and structured thinking with strong communication skills.
  • Business-level English and advanced Japanese proficiency.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision

【Preferable】 

  • ベンダーマネジメントまたはアウトソーシング管理の実務経験
  • ITILPMP、または関連資格
  • 金融業界(保険含む)でのIT経験
  • グローバルベンダー・海外ステークホルダーとの協業経験
     
     
  • Hands-on experience in vendor or outsourcing management.
  • ITIL, PMP, or related certifications.
  • Experience in financial services or insurance industry.
  • Experience working with global vendors and international stakeholders.
