【ポジションを募集する背景】
当組織では、すでにPWDA社員が在籍し、IT開発部門において活躍しており、受け入れ体制や業務運営のノウハウが整ってきています。
今後、PWDA社員の採用をさらに強化し、個々のスキルや特性を活かしながら、対応可能な業務範囲を拡大していくことを目的として、本募集を行います。
【職務内容】
IT開発を担当するチームにおいて、プロジェクト管理、ベンダー管理、組織運営のサポートなどの業務を担当していただきます。
担当業務は、PWDA社員一人ひとりの経験、スキル、特性を十分に考慮したうえで決定し、記載されたすべての業務を一律にお任せするものではありません。
配属後はチームの一員として、開発業務を担う他のチームメンバーと連携・協業しながら、担当業務に従事していただきます。
【主な業務内容】
以下は想定される主な業務内容の例です。実際の担当範囲は、ご本人のスキルやこれまでのご経験に応じて決定しますので、いずれかの業務経験やスキルをお持ちであれば問題ありません。
• プロジェクト管理
（予算管理、変更管理、成果物管理 等）
• ベンダー管理
（ベンダーとの契約管理および契約締結業務、請求・支払業務 等）
• 組織運営のサポート
（レポート作成、会議資料作成、タスク管理、スケジュール管理 等）
【経験・スキル・資格・学歴（必須）】
・障碍者手帳をお持ちの方
・ユーザー企業のIT部門の勤務経験、もしくはIT企業における勤務経験1年以上
・ITプロジェクト管理経験
・日本語でのビジネスコミュニケーションスキル
・メールによるコミュニケーションスキル
【経験・スキル・資格・学歴（なお可）】
・IT関連の資格
・マイクロソフトオフィス関連の資格
・英語力（メールや資料作成 等）
