The Opportunity

At MetLife Turkey, we are looking for a Growth Marketing Deputy Manager to help accelerate our digital growth journey. This is a hands‑on, individual contributor role for an experienced growth marketer who enjoys owning initiatives, running experiments, and turning insights into tangible business results.

In this role, you will play a key part in growing digital sales for Life, Personal Accident, Health, and BES products by improving acquisition performance, optimizing conversion funnels, and building smarter lifecycle journeys. Guided by our purpose – always with you, building a more confident future – and our New Frontier strategy, you will work closely with cross‑functional teams to design, test, and scale impactful growth initiatives in a dynamic, data‑driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize digital acquisition initiatives across Google, Meta, and other relevant platforms, continuously improving performance and efficiency.
  • Design and run CRO and experimentation activities, including A/B tests on landing pages, messaging, value propositions, and trust signals.
  • Analyze end‑to‑end digital sales funnels, identify drop‑offs, and implement conversion improvements aligned with compliance requirements.
  • Build and manage remarketing and lifecycle journeys (email, SMS, WhatsApp) covering abandonment, follow‑ups, onboarding, activation, and cross‑sell opportunities.
  • Track and interpret key growth KPIs such as CAC, CVR (lead‑to‑bind), ROAS, and drop‑off rates, and share insights with relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, IT, CX, Call Center, RevOps, Legal/Compliance, and Bancassurance teams to ensure smooth and consistent execution.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in growth marketing, digital acquisition, performance marketing, or conversion optimization roles.
  • Strong hands‑on experience with paid media, funnel optimization, analytics, and experimentation frameworks.
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear insights, hypotheses, and actionable recommendations.
  • A proactive, ownership‑driven mindset with strong collaboration and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in regulated industries such as insurance, banking, or financial services.
  • Familiarity with SEO fundamentals, lifecycle marketing, CRM journeys, or assisted digital sales models.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a strong experimentation mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
