직무 설명 및 자격 요건

職務内容：

  • 国内およびグローバルで開発・運用されている投資事業向けアプリケーションに対するユーザー部門支援
  • 投資事業向けアプリケーションの本番障害対応、運用・保守業務
  • アジャイル／DevSecOps を活用したアプリケーションの新規開発および改善
  • オンプレミスおよびクラウド環境におけるアプリケーションの運用管理
  • 国内外のIT・ビジネスチームとの調整（需要管理、UAT の推進）
  • 国内外のITパートナーと連携した、投資業務に影響のあるITインフラ問題のトラブルシューティング
  • AI をはじめとした新技術の調査・導入検討


必須経験：

  • 金融業界または同等の業界におけるアプリケーション開発および管理経験（5年以上）

 

必須スキル：

  1. コミュニケーションスキル
  • 日本語：メンバー・ITパートナー・ビジネス部門との連携が円滑に行えるレベル
  • 英語：グローバルチームとメール・チャットでコミュニケーションができるレベル
  1. アプリケーション開発・運用スキル
  • C#.NET / SQL Server / API 開発
  • Web UI（Blazor）
  • ETL / Batch 処理
  • Azure DevOps / GitHub（Backlog, CI/CD Pipelines, Release, Source Code管理）
  • Azure Resource Group 管理
  • Veracode / Security Scan（SAST）
  1. 優れたPCスキル
  • Microsoft 365 Power Platform / SharePoint

 

経験・スキル・資格（なお可）：

  1. MS Copilot / GitHub Copilot / Databricksの利用経験
  2. 金融商品の知識または実務経験
  • 債券、デリバティブ
  • 商業用モーゲージローン
  • 株式（未公開株、普通株、不動産関連株式）
  • ファンド管理
  1. 高度な英語コミュニケーションスキル（電話会議の主催など）


資格：
