  2. クレジットリスクポリシーおよびクレジットリミットの制定、導入、レビュー
  3. 投資ポートフォリオ(債券、ローン、証券化、不動産、オルタナティブ資産等)のレビュー、モニタリングおよびレポーティング
  4. 自己査定
  5. リスク管理プロセスの有効性の定期的評価、改善
  6. その他関連業務

必須業務経験・スキル:  

業務遂行に必要最低限必要な経験・スキル

  1. 金融機関でのクレジット/市場リスク管理、資産管理、投資会計分野での10年以上の業務経験
  2. デリバティブおよび投資に関する知識
  3. 会計、クレジット分析、統計/定量分析の基本的な知識
  4. 英語でのコミュニケーションスキル

その他尚可経験・スキル

尚可要件として、あると良い経験・スキル

以下のいずれかの経験・知識のある方。

  1. 保険や再保険に関する知識および業務経験
  2. 国際的な資本規制 (ICS、ソルベンシーII、バーゼル等に関する知識
  3. グローバルを含むさまざまな部門と円滑に協力し、影響力を発揮できるリーダーシップ、優れたコミュニケーション能力と協調性を持つ方。

Job Description: 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage counterparty risk for derivatives and reinsurance
  • Develop, implement, and review credit risk policies and credit limits
  • Review and monitor investment portfolios (bonds, loans, securitization, real estate, and alternative assets) and reporting
  • Asset self-assessment
  • Regularly assess and improve the effectiveness of risk management processes
  • Perform other related tasks
  • Potentially the successor for Head of Credit Risk Management over time

Experience:

  • + 10 year work experience in credit / market risk management, asset management, investment accounting areas at a financial institution (requisite)
  • Work experience in insurance or reinsurance will be considered an advantage (preferred)
  • Understanding of reinsurance concepts and current best practices will be considered an advantage (preferred)

Skills:

  • Good knowledge of (re)insurance, derivatives, and investment (requisite)
  • Basic knowledge of accounting, credit analysis, statistics/quantitative analysis (requisite)
  • Strategic thinking and ability to balance detailed and big picture issues (requisite)
  • Knowledge of the new regulatory capital, ESR, Other regulatory capital (ICS, Solvency II, Basel) (preferred)
  • Influence and leadership skills to collaborate with multiple local and global functions (preferred)

 

 

Preferable:

  • People management skills

 

Qualifications:

  • CMA/CFA (preferred)

Language:

  • Japanese: Native or Fluent (verbal and written)
  • English: Native or Fluent (verbal and written)

 

Personality:

  • Self-starter
  • A team player with a positive working attitude, enthusiasm and adaptability to change
  • Ability to continually seek to improve and professionally develop
