직무 설명 및 자격 요건

Job Description: Please describe the job, role and responsibilities to be assigned.

Responsibilities:

  • Support or lead to develop strategies for both company-wide and specific areas, including new Next Horizon Japan.
  • Support a critical project led by other Depts as a biz architecture to make its projection plan aligned and affective enough to achieve an objective.
  • Conduct analyses on the markets, industries, biz impacts, organization capabilities and other specific themes to find out opportunities and/or solutions.
  • Evaluate the investment/alliance, M&A opportunities, etc for senior management to make a decision.
  •  


Requirements: Please describe the required competencies, including experience, skill sets, etc.

  • Minimum 5 to 7 years’ experience in a financial industry. Life insurance experience is preferred.
  • Financial analysis skills including valuation.
  • Logical thinking
  • Communication skills in both oral and writing. English is not a must but an advantage.
  • Excel, Word, Powerpoint, skills etc necessary for an analysis and a presentation.
  • Individual contributor and self-starter but strong team worker.
