직무 설명 및 자격 요건

The EMEA Procurement Operations team supports global and regional procurement processes and programs in 23 EMEA countries. 

 

The EMEA Contract Management Specialist is expected to support many of these programs ranging from Third Party Risk Management to DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) project as well as various general process improvement type projects, contributing significantly towards the simplification and standardization of procurement processes across MetLife within EMEA.

The EMEA Contract Management Specialist will work closely with the EMEA teams located in other countries, as well as with regional & other Center of Excellence staff. 

 

 

Contract Management Specialist 

Requirements:

·       A good command of English (both written and spoken);

·       Basic knowledge of the vendor selection process

·       High attention to detail and quality of information;

·       Moderate knowledge of the vendor contract process with working knowledge of English legal terminology – preferable knowledge of standard contract structure with suppliers;

·       Ability to extract information from legal documentation, which may be written in languages different than Polish or English;

·       Ability to conduct efficient correspondence and discussions with persons from different levels of the organizational structure – in English; 

·       Ability to work under time pressure;

·       Decision-making skills within determined boundaries, allowing to work without constant supervision;

·       Strong analytical skills

·       Good Knowledge of MS Excel.

Scope of Duties:

·       Analyzing contracts with respect to applicable procedures and gathering information for the need of the central contract repository and/or the DORA register; 

·       Cooperation with contract owners and suppliers in order to obtain required information 

·       Maintaining Contracts Repository 

·       Supporting the Third-party Risk Management process

·       Preparing data for regulatory reporting
