We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Analyst to join our dynamic sales team. This entry-level role is designed for individuals who are passionate about data analysis, sales performance, and supporting the sales function through effective reporting and communication. The role involves collecting and analyzing sales data, preparing reports, coordinating with sales teams, and assisting in the development of sales strategies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Collection & Analysis:
- Gather, clean, and analyze sales data from various sources (CRM systems, Excel reports, databases, etc.).
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support decision-making.
- Reporting & Presentations:
- Prepare regular sales reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for Head of Branches.
- Create visually appealing presentations using PowerPoint or other tools to communicate data insights clearly.
- Ensure timely submission of accurate reports to management.:
- Serve as the main point of contact for the sales team regarding data requests, reporting tools, and performance tracking.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
0-2 years of relevant experience in sales support, data analysis, or administrative roles.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization).
Strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint for report creation and presentations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
