Valuable team member, the Corporate POS Specialist will play an essential role in administering telemarketing portfolio and also in operational flows optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
He / she will be part of Corporate POS team and his/her job duties and responsibilities will include:
- Manage telemarketing portfolio in dedicated application:
- Daily direct debit process;
- Reports;
- Quality checks;
- Other administering activities;
- Implementation of new campaigns;
- Respond to customers’ requests and complaints;
- Recommend and implement solutions to automate or simplify operational flows;
- Develop and review operational procedures in line with current flows and processes;
- Maintain a permanent communication with corporate business partners;
- Provide support for other departments to solve various issues, specific to administered portfolio;
- Be involved in departmental and interdepartmental projects.
The new Corporate POS Specialist we are looking for requires both hard and soft skills to excel in the position, at least:

- Experience working in insurance industry and solid understanding of the business/ distribution channels is a plus.
