The Opportunity 

The Agile Product Owner will be responsible for the progress of projects by ensuring communication between Operations teams and IT teams in Agile Projects regarding processes and developments within the company.

 What You Need to Succeed (Required Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, MIS (Management Information System), Business, or other related disciplines with 4 or more years related professional experience,
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel and knowledge are must),
• Working knowledge of user stories, workflow and business process management,
• Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels,
• Strong problem solving and system design skills,
• Teamwork oriented, self-motivated and open-minded. 

How You’ll Help Us Build a Confident Future (Key Responsibilities)

• Engaging with scrum teams to clarify requirements working closely with IT teams,
• To regularly create critical indicator reports and analyzes followed by the senior management, to contribute to the development of the business with the operation unit by making the necessary interpretations,
• To prepare dashboards that can be accessed and followed by the operation units on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, and reporting environments with IT teams,
• To make suggestions for the improvement of the control system in operational business and transactions,
• Taking necessary actions, regarding current business processes.
