The Opportunity

The Senior Product Consultant I is responsible for leading high-visibility communications and training for Life & Disability (Group Benefits) product updates—especially multi state Paid Family and Medical Leave (PFML)—turning complex regulatory and operational changes into clear, compliant messages for internal partners, brokers, customers, and participants.
