At MetLife Portugal, the Direct Sales Force role is responsible for recruiting, training, and developing a team of exclusive sales consultants. This Direct Sales Force / Agency Sales Manager position also acts as a coach, fostering growth and performance within the sales force.

How You’ll Help Us Build a Confident Future (Key Responsibilities)
- Implement the strategy and provide the management and support needed to achieve expected results in line with company standards.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and coach sales consultants.
- Identify and develop agents with leadership potential.
- Motivate and manage the sales force to ensure commitment to agency targets.
- Ensure monitoring processes are in place to support the effective execution of daily activities.
What You Need to Succeed (Required Qualifications)
- University degree.
- Minimum of 3 years, experience in sales roles, with proven success in managing, coaching, and motivating sales teams, especially in face-to-face distribution.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of proactivity, problem-solving ability, and strategic thinking.
- Fluent in Portuguese spoken and written as well as English.

- Experience in the insurance industry.
