MetLife Technical University (MTU) guides early-in-career professionals through a journey of honing essential skills, acquiring deeper technological knowledge, and refining professional expertise to navigate a successful technology career with MetLife. Career tracks include software development, data science, business analysis, network/infrastructure engineering, project management, cybersecurity, database administration and more. As an MTU Intern or Professional, you will utilize your technical expertise in a variety of areas to improve the lives of our customers by activities such as automating a process, simplifying an interface, applying metrics and more. In other words, you will develop real solutions to real challenges faced by our global customer base.
MTU PROFESSIONAL PROGRAM
Our Professional Program is open to entry level candidates with a bachelor's degree in a technology related field. Positions can be found at multiple locations across the United States, with the majority in our Global Technology campus in Cary, North Carolina.

- An entry level candidate with a degree aligned to a related major. - Authorized to work in the United States
MTU SUMMER INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
Recognized as a two-time RippleMatch Campus Forward Honoree in 2022 and 2023, and Top Ranked Internships by Vault in 2022, the MTU Internship Program will help you gain the experience needed to grow a successful career in tech. As an intern, you will attend informative professional development sessions, coffee chats with senior leaders, and networking opportunities, all while working alongside subject matter experts at one of our Global Technology offices in the United States.
We offer:
- Ten weeks of contributing to real business projects alongside subject matter experts

You are eligible for consideration if you are:
- A rising college Junior or Senior with anticipated graduation dates of December 2024 – May 2026
