現在、当社全体で業務プロセスを変革するためのプロジェクトが複数進行しています。

生成AIやその他のITソリューション等を活用し、保険事務・電話対応・書類発送等の業務の効率化を行うこと、またお客さま向け書類のデジタル化等により、お客さま体験を向上させるといった幅広い分野での対応となります。

このようなプロジェクトについて、スピード感を持って対応し、業界をリードするサービスを提供していけるよう、カスタマーケア・収納保全グループにおいて、プロジェクトのサポートを行うスタッフを募集します。


会社として非常に重要度の高い施策に関わることになるため、大変やりがいがある職種となります。

また、部門横断的な業務となるため、担当業務部門のみならず、IT部門や本社部門など多くの関連部門とのやりとりや調整のサポートをしていくこととなりますので、今後の当社内でのキャリア形成にも大きく寄与します。

様々なチャレンジが必要になるため、変化に柔軟に対応し、粘り強く前向きに取り組むことができる方を求めています。


長崎にいながら、当社の国内全域に影響を与えるような仕事ができる稀有な職種となります。

転勤のない職種となりますので、将来的にも長崎で安定してご勤務いただくことが可能です。

現在、長崎在住の方のみならず、Uターン・Iターンの方も含め、歓迎します。


業務内容：収納保全業務におけるプロジェクト対応

（進捗・課題管理、プロセス・データ分析のサポート、各種保険事務業務サポート等）
