Location -  This role is hybrid out of any MetLife corporate office. 


The Opportunity: The Enrollment Solutions Lead will be focused on collaborating with partners to develop innovative onsite concepts that drive participation in voluntary products. Position will lead efforts to pilot and implement enhanced onsite activities and create efficient processes for large scale use. Selected candidate will also be responsible for the creation, development, deployment, compliance and metrics reporting for Brainshark presentations. Other primary responsibilities include supporting Onsite Service’s virtual delivery methods such as Enrollment Firm Trainings, Virtual Benefit Fairs and customer webcasts.


How You'll Help Us Build A Confident Future: 

- Creates and produces custom Brainshark presentations. 

- Monitors viewership, compliance and effectiveness of this delivery method. 

- Develops and facilitates Enrollment Firm Trainings as requested. 

- Provides in-depth product training, competitive advantages and 2nd sale insight to resources supporting events on behalf of a third party. 

- Support event requests with attendees across multiple states including Virtual Benefit Fairs, customer webcasts, teleconferences and train the trainer sessions. 

- Leads efforts to provide enhanced onsite support solutions including Group Property & Casualty programs, interactive activities and wellness initiatives. 

- Support complex customer enrollment activity by managing event logistics and training resources. 

- Serve as Onsite Services SME and train new Enrollment Representatives as needed.


What You Need to Succeed: 

- Required: Minimum 7 years' experience in Group Benefits with focus on employee education and driving participation in Voluntary Products 

- Proven leader and subject matter expert for enrollment and group benefit education 

- Critically evaluates business needs and executes resulting decisions appropriately 

- Proven ability to lead high value and complex projects 

- Demonstrates collaboration and problem-solving success with key partners 

- Proficient communication and presentation skills - both in person and within virtual environment. 

- Life and Health and Property & Casualty License required; must become licensed in all 50 states within 6 months of assuming role.

- Undergraduate degree required, MBA or other advanced degree preferred.

The expected salary range for this position is 78,000-104,000. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
