The Sr. Technical Transformation Lead is responsible for driving technology‑enabled transformation initiatives by combining hands‑on engineering with technical leadership within the Technology Transformation team.

The role acts as both a technical contributor and a leader, driving organizational and cultural transformation across the region.
This position can be filled in Argentina, Colombia and Mexico.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 2–3 automation engineers.
- Design and implement workflow automation solutions using platforms such as Pega, BizFlow, Power Platform, ServiceNow, and other RPA/BPM tools.
- Direct intelligent automation proof‑of‑concept (PoC) initiatives using agile/scrum delivery methodologies in collaboration with multiple regional teams.
- Coordinate transformation squads and align engineering efforts with business objectives.
- Encourage experimentation, use‑case development, and adoption of AI and intelligent automation tools.
- Integrate workflows with APIs, microservices, and agentic AI services.
- Support cultural and technological transformation initiatives across the organization.
- Recommend and implement solutions that improve operational efficiency.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and cloud‑native engineering practices.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, features, and technical requirements.
- Design and build scalable, reusable automation components.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, applied to designing and implementing enterprise‑level technology solutions.
- Hands‑on experience with workflow and automation platforms such as Pega Systems, BizFlow, Microsoft Power Platform, and ServiceNow.
- Experience working with agile delivery methodologies and collaborating with global or regional (LATAM) teams.
- Proven experience in digital transformation, innovation initiatives, change management, and proof‑of‑concept development.
- Strong understanding of AI‑driven decisioning and intelligent automation ecosystems.
- Fluent English proficiency.

- Experience combining hands‑on technical contribution with people leadership responsibilities.
- Exposure to cloud‑native architectures, microservices, and API‑driven integrations.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to align technical solutions with business priorities.
- Demonstrated mindset of experimentation, continuous improvement, and learning.
