  • Oversee the technical health, performance, and availability of collaboration and voice platforms, serving as a senior escalation point for complex incidents, call quality issues, and service disruptions.
  • Manage assigned collaboration and voice service workstreams, including platform configurations, integrations, upgrades, and coordination with vendors or internal teams as needed.
  • Develop and maintain enterprise voice capabilities such as dial plans, call routing, PSTN connectivity, survivability, and integrations across Microsoft Teams Calling, Webex Calling, and other voice platforms.
  • Coordinate with architecture, networking, security, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver effective collaboration and voice solutions that meet technical and operational requirements.

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise collaboration and/or voice platforms.

  • Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise telephony or voice platforms, including SIP, PSTN connectivity, call routing, and troubleshooting.
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts (QoS, latency, routing) as they relate to realtime voice and video services.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to independently resolve complex technical issues.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical teams and nontechnical stakeholders.

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with AIenabled collaboration features such as meeting intelligence, transcription, analytics, automation, or intelligent assistants.
  • Experience with cloudbased collaboration solutions and their integration with enterprise networking, security, and identity systems.
