The Opportunity

The Data & Analytics Portfolio Analyst support portfolio planning and management for key stakeholders. Establishes, implements, maintains, and monitors portfolio and project management methodologies and governance to ensure alignment and standardization within the IT organization. 

How you’ll help us build a confident future (Key Responsibilities)

  • Lead optimization identification and facilitation for assigned domain(s). 
  • Collaborate and receive updates from Corporate, USB and enterprise managers.
  • Validate system updates align to projections and drive appropriate changes.
  • Manage and update Data & Analytics overall resource Roster.
  • Update and refine resource allocations for Agile teams and ARTs.
  • Align resource planning and forecasting with finance and vendor management.
  • Coordination with regions on overall budget planning.
  • Enable Annual Planning, Vendor and Demand Planning activities.


  
Required Skills

  • 3+ years of Portfolio Management, Portfolio Coordinator, Portfolio Financial Analyst, or related experience. 
  • Strong relationship management, communications, and change management experience.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and transparently and work as part of a team with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to simplify portfolio data for data-driven decision making.

 

Preferred Skills: 

  • 3+ years with BA, or 2+ years plus SAFe certifications, PMP, and/or PgMP.
  • Understanding of portfolio, program, and project management and agile methodologies.
  • Ability to execute effective change management and communications.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
