The Process Consultant is responsible for assessing, defining, documenting and enhancing how we deliver core HR processes, systems and capabilities for our employees, our HR teammates and the enterprise around the world. - Support the effective delivery and execution of the HR Process Strategy
- Draft, review and document HR process materials, best practice guides and systems
- Complete periodic external research and benchmarking to shape the practices of the team
- Oversee prioritization and project lists for proactive communication and risk mitigation across process initiatives
- Coordinate comprehensive solution communication and roll out plans; manage sequencing plans with business, technology, operations and other stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ experience with a background in human resources
- Experience with a background in operations, process management and/or large-scale transformation
- Strong process acumen, with ability to ask critical questions
- Experience and skill in the Microsoft suite and AI tools
- Expertise in AI and Process documentation tools
- Certification in LEAN or Six Sigma
- Demonstrable skill in leading Agile projects
The expected salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation and stock-based long-term incentives. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
