Position Summary

Assist Business Intelligence team in developing and enhancing analytics solutions using Power Platform suits including Power BI along with monthly time entry for business resources across all Agile Release Trains within PeopleSoft. The position will contribute to creating actionable business insights, supporting data-driven decision making, and enabling improved operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports, and datasets to support business decision-making.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into intuitive, user-friendly BI solutions.
• Build applications and automation using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse to streamline business processes.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with various data sources
• Help manage data flows from sources to Power BI reports and review/validate for accuracy
• Develop reusable components, templates, and data connectors to improve development efficiency across the team.
• Ensure consistency, reliability, and governance of data used in BI and Power Platform solutions.
• Work closely with business analysts, testers, and product owners to deliver high-quality analytics solutions.
• Provide user support, issue resolution, and enhancements for existing BI and Power Platform solutions.
• Execute monthly PeopleSoft time entry for all Agile Release Trains to ensure accurate data for capitalization forecasting.

Education, Technical Skills & Other Critical Requirement

Education

·       Preferably Graduate in Computer Applications / Computer Science

Experience

(In Years)

     Minimum 4-6 years relevant experience

Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI, including report development, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Experience working with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, relational databases, and SQL.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical BI solutions.
• Experience with data integration from multiple sources and formats.
• Knowledge of data security, role-based access control, and compliance best practices.

·       Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

·       Should have good understanding on SDLC and STLC.

·       Should be able to lead team.

·       Good in verbal and written communication.

·       Experience in client communication.
