Position Summary

The Data Mgmt. Reporting Support team plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of financial data across the organization. This position supports financial reporting through structured data management, analytical review, and delivery of stakeholder-focused insights that drive operational and strategic decisions.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain and update daily financial reports by integrating current ledger values and conducting variance analysis to ensure data accuracy and reporting reliability.
• Perform regular reconciliations with ledger and analyze data to validate financial integrity and proactively resolve discrepancies.
• Develop and distribute customized financial reports with embedded analysis tailored to stakeholder needs, enabling informed decision-making.
• Support audit coordination by preparing and reconciling of US Business policy-level accounting and non-accounting data files to support external auditors.

Education, Technical Skills & Other Critical Requirement

Education

·        MBA Finance 

·        Commerce Graduate

Experience 

(In Years)

·        6 Years of relevant experience in Closing and Reporting process with US GAAP background, including data management of daily financial reporting, ledger reconciliations and variance analysis.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in SmartView, Essbase, HFM, Oracle Suite, CUBUS, and PeopleSoft. 
• Strong Excel skills
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools
