  • Sales Enablement (1000+): Partner with Sales to create tools, messaging, and content that empower the field and deepen consultative engagement with brokers and clients. Deliver high-impact materials tailored to segment nuances, supporting both National Accounts and Regional Business sales teams.

  • E2E Employer Experience:  Oversee the full employer journey, from onboarding through renewal, ensuring a seamless and customer-first experience across all touchpoints.
  • PEO Channel Marketing:  Own the strategy and execution for MetLife’s PEO channel, developing targeted marketing programs and supporting sales enablement for PEO partners.
  • Employer/Broker Engagement:  Deliver marketing support for broker relationships, national partnerships, and key distribution channels. Elevate MetLife’s presence through insight-led outreach and relationship marketing.
  • Campaign Development & Execution:  Drive integrated campaigns that support pipeline generation, client retention, and cross-sell opportunities. Ensure marketing efforts are measurable and aligned with business outcomes.
  • Collaboration Across Channels:  Partner closely with Product, GTM, Employee Marketing, and Content teams to ensure unified positioning and execution across touchpoints.
  • Leadership & Team Development:  Lead a high-performing team of segment marketers and communicators. Cultivate a culture of innovation, accountability, and market responsiveness.

What You Need to Succeed (Required Qualifications)
