Job Scope
The incumbent will be responsible for applying software engineering principles to operations and infrastructure processes to help organizations create highly reliable and scalable software systems to meet the organization’s needs and to ensure high quality software products to our organization. S/he will be required to have strong analytical skills to understand application life cycles, integration process flow and proper maintenance & enhancement of existing applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support application in production environment
- Understand application life cycles for fixing and debugging
- Build scripts to monitor application reliability process
- Improve additional serving capacity of server by handling traffic
- Use the application monitoring systems to create alerts and dashboards
- Collaborate with cross-functional local and international teams to analyze, design and ship new hands-on experiences in the full life cycle of application development
Academic Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science Engineering from any reputed university
Relevant Past Experience
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in document management, workflow and capture solution in large organizations
- 3 years’ experience in DevOps, CI-CD practice, particularly, familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Docker and Kubernetes
Functional Competencies
- FileNet, document management, workflow, document capture with IBM DataCap or similar capture application
- MS SQL Server, DB2 and SQL reporting services
- Strong knowledge in RESTful web API, Hybrid/Native Web Applications
- Familiarity with Java EE, Spring Boot, CGI, [AOP], JavaScript/JQuery, Angular, ReactJs and React Native C#, .Net, ASP.Net Core will be an added advantage
- Strong knowledge on Solution Design and SW Architectur
- Project Management Skills especially over Agile scrum
- Strong data analytics skills to understand application flow & integrations
- Strong understanding or cybersecurity practices
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
