The resource will support the Sales Support function by identifying and implementing opportunities to reduce manual activities and improve process efficiency through automation and data-driven tools. The role will focus on analyzing workflows, designing automation solutions, and developing dashboards to enhance operational visibility and decision-making.
Specifically, the resource will be in charge of:
• Analyze current Sales Support activities and processes to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
• Design and implement automation flows using tools such as Power Automate, with a focus on data processing, reporting and task orchestration.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and KPI scorecards to monitor performance and support strategic decisions.
• Document processes and provide training/support to ensure adoption of new tools and workflows.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of governance and control mechanisms within the Sales Support area.
BACKGROUND:
• 5+ years in management consulting, with experience in Operations Transformation department
• Experience in insurance sector projects is a plus.
HARD SKILLS:
• Experience in process analysis and automation.
• Proficiency in Power Automate, Power BI and Excel.
• Familiarity with workflow design and data visualization best practices.
SOFT SKILLS:
• Critical thinking and analytical approach.
• Ability to work independently and in unstructured environments.
• Consulting mindset: problem-solving, effective communication, internal client orientation, stress management.
• Potential leadership skills for developing a dedicated team.
